CLB Groep wins award for Best Company of the North of the Netherlands 2021 in the large corporations category
After a thorough selection procedure, healthcare technology giant CLB Group won the award for ‘Best Company of the North of the Netherlands 2021’ in the large corporation category last night. Ariane Joustra of the ABN Amro bank presented the award on behalf of the jury during the live broadcast. “It’s a tremendous honor to win this award and a huge compliment to our 200 colleagues worldwide who work around the clock to support healthcare every day.” Said Niels de Bruin, CEO of the CLB Group.
The award comes at a very special time for the CLB Group: it’s the year that the family business celebrates its 4oth Anniversary, but also the year in which the world was confronted with a pandemic. “We’ve worked harder than ever to make sure our customer family, including many hospitals, have everything they need to continue to perform at maximum capacity, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.” Said Timothea Berghuijs, Head of Marketing, PR & PA of the CLB Group. From making an emergency hospital operational in 48 hours to replacing a resuscitation system in 72 hours: nothing was impossible. “It all comes down to our extraordinary colleagues, their hard work in exceptional circumstances and our customer familiy’s perseverance, fighting spirit and trust. Together we made this possible. ”
The competition was strong this year with fellow finalists such as Thuisbezorgd.nl, Forbo and Facta. Earlier this year, a top 10 was compiled from more than 100 nominated companies, after which it was reduced to a top 3 during the live broadcast yesterday afternoon. And, ultimately, a winner was chosen. “It still feels surreal. This would not have been possible without our powerful customer family, our colleagues and the passion of the amazing jury. We’re very grateful to everyone,” concludes Niels de Bruin.
